The caveat is having a good resume is not enough. You will need to: a) present it to key decision-makers and b) entice them to read it in order to generate interviews. Research your target companies to uncover their needs. Then promote your skills related to those requirements. Don’t just send a resume. Instead, offer them a targeted presentation on how you can benefit the company.
